Helping Hands Benefit Sale Raises $30,077 for Wichita’s Littlest Heroes

This year’s Helping Hands Benefit Sale was one for the books! On Wednesday, June 18th, the lanes were full, the bids were strong, and thanks to the incredible generosity of our dealer community, we officially crushed our $30,000 goal - raising a total of $30,077 for Wichita’s Littlest Heroes!

This organization holds a special place in our hearts, and we were honored to rally support for their mission: to serve medically fragile children and their families across Kansas through compassion, connection, and community resources. From financial assistance and monthly family events to art therapy, educational classes, and free memberships to local attractions, Wichita’s Littlest Heroes is dedicated to helping children feel seen, supported, and empowered during some of the toughest battles of their lives.

Founded in 2014 by Brianna Coffey-Baskerville after her young son, Tristan, was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder, WLH was born out of a deeply personal need for connection. What started as a single friendship between two young boys in hospital beds quickly grew into a community of over 800 Kansas families navigating similar medical journeys. Today, WLH brings together children and parents who understand each other's challenges, providing support, shared experiences, and lifelong friendships.

During the sale, dealers had the opportunity to donate a portion of their sale fees, with MKSAA matching every vehicle sold with a contribution of our own. We also hosted a raffle for a $3,000 vacation package, adding a little extra excitement to an already meaningful day.
