About the event
Have you ever been to an authentic hog roast before? In April, MKSAA slow roasts a fresh hog for 24 hours before serving it after the Swine-O-Mite Sale on Wednesday, April 19th. The smell alone is enough to get your mouth watering. We will serve pork and all the fixin’ s directly following the sale that day, FREE to all who attend. As always, registered dealers can come early for coffee and a free breakfast, and we'll have food trucks on site for lunch. Sale starts at 9:30 a.m. and the in-ops run at 9:00 a.m. See you there!
