Come join us for our biggest event of the year! It's an all-out summer bash with two days of fun. Tuesday night, we have live music, delicious food, and a booze truck. Wednesday, we have a HUGE sale with tons of cars ripe for the bidding, followed by giveaways!

About the event
You will NOT want to miss our biggest blowout of the year! Known as the Big Annual Event, this two-day customer appreciation event and wholesale auto auction is our most popular event, partly because of the HUGE selection of cars on sale Wednesday during the auction, but also because of the HUGE party on Tuesday night beforehand. Join us July 12-13, 2022 at Mid Kansas Auto Auction (4716 S. Santa Fe in Wichita).
Tuesday, July 12th
Gates open at 5 p.m. for socializing and sponsored beverages from the Xclusive Booze Truck thanks to our sponsor, AFC Financing. Food trucks will be on-site serving up delicious grub, also free of charge! Then at 5:45 p.m. we'll say a quick welcome before one of our Sales Team, Shandi VanDolah, opens up the night by singing the National Anthem. She's won several singing competitions and is quite the karaoke star in her free time. Afterward, opening act Justin Temme, a former Nashville recording artist, will open up the live music portion of the evening with a variety of songs - some covers and some original music! Our headliner will take the stage after that at approximately 8 p.m. and we are so excited to be bringing in Las Vegas performer, Patrick and the LVB. This rockin singer / songwriter is known for keeping things upbeat. His group is on residency at the Mandolay Bay in Las Vegas, but will be traveling to Wichita for this special performance! Guests must be 18 to attend, and 21 to drink. No exceptions.
Wednesday, July 13th
As always, we'll have a free breakfast before the sale starts at 9:30 AM (in-ops run at 9 AM). After the sale, we'll have door prize drawings, including the chance to win a high-end Pit Boss Smoker! We're excited to see you!
