About the event
Have you ever been to an authentic hog roast before? In February, MKSAA slow roasts a fresh hog for 24 hours before serving it after the Swine-O-Mite Sale on Wednesday, February 14th. The smell alone is enough to get your mouth watering. We will serve pork and all the fixin’ s directly following the sale that day, FREE to all who attend.
Did you really think all we were having was some food?? Well, the fun really starts the evening BEFORE! Join us at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, February 13th at Vorshay's Cocktail Lounge for our Fat Tuesday Party! Check out their menu ahead of time by visiting www.vorshayscocktaillounge.com.
As always, on Wednesday, registered dealers can come early for coffee and a free breakfast, and we'll have food trucks on site for lunch. Sale starts at 9:00 a.m. sharp with In-Ops and Absolute Sales. See you there!
